Capture the tour

Walk the property the way you would anyway. Soglio listens, watches, and structures what you see.

    Record the walkthrough on your phone. We transcribe, then extract structured observations — condition, layout, hazards, agent statements — without you stopping to take notes.

  • Vision pass on the recording

    After the tour, we review the video and surface visual details that didn't get spoken aloud — water stains, deferred maintenance, finish quality.

  • Photo notes

    Snap a picture of anything that catches your attention. We read it and add an observation in the right room.
